摘要
在不同的控轧控冷工艺下开展L415M管线钢的试制,分析不同工艺条件下L415M管线钢的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:增加中间坯厚度、降低精轧入口温度、适当降低卷取温度均有利于减少混晶组织,细化铁素体组织,提高落锤冲击性能。根据试验结果确定了L415M管线钢较优的控轧控冷工艺为:精轧入口温度≤1020℃,中间坯厚度≤60 mm,卷取温度≤620℃,在设备能力范围内,增加精轧后三机架未再结晶区变形量。
        Effects of different control cooling and control cooling process on microstructure and mechanical properties of pipeline steel L415 M were studied and analyzed through industrial test. The results show that with the increasing of the thickness of intermediate billet and the reducing of the inlet temperature of finish rolling and coiling temperature,mixed crystal in microstructure is restrained and ferrite grains are refined,and the DWTT( Drop weight tear test) impact property is improved. In the end,the suggest control rolling and control cooling process of the pipeline steel L415 M is carried out as follows: inlet temperature should be controlled within 1020 ℃,thickness of intermediate billet within 60 mm,and coiling temperature within 620 ℃,and the non-recrystallization zone deformation of the last three frame of finishing rolling increased within the capacity of the equipment.
