放射治疗阴茎阴囊Paget病1例并文献回顾

<正>Paget病(Paget’s disease)临床上表现为湿疹样皮损,治疗以手术为主。对于不宜或不愿进行手术治疗的患者,放射治疗不失为一个较好的选择。现将我院收治的1例阴茎阴囊Paget病患者的放射治疗经过报告如下。1病例摘要1. 1简要病史患者,男性,77岁,于2012年初发现阴囊左侧近阴茎根部湿疹样改变,大小约0. 4 cm×0. 3 cm,伴瘙痒,就诊于当地医院考虑为"湿疹"给予局部外
