摘要
目的:研究中药膏方对于骨量低下患者的骨密度影响情况。方法:选取入院或者门诊的经过骨密度检测符合骨量低下的57名患者分为治疗组和对照组两组,治疗组29例,对照组28例,分别进行中药膏方口服结合碳酸钙D3片口服,和单纯碳酸钙D3片口服,后进行骨密度检测,以观察中药膏方对骨密度的影响情况。结果:治疗组前后骨密度存在明显差异:P=0.000<0.05,治疗组和对照组的骨密度改善程度经统计分析存在明显差异:P=0.035<0.05。结论:治疗组与对照组两者应用药物对于患者的骨密度均有一定的改善作用(P<0.05),而从改善程度上看,中药膏方结合碳酸钙D3片应用对于骨密度的改善程度要大于单纯碳酸钙D3(P<0.05)。
        Objective:To study the effect of TCM paste on bone mineral density in patients with osteopenia.Methods:The inpatients and outpatients were examined for bone mineral density(BMD) and 57 patients with low bone mass were selected and divided into treatment group and control group.In the treatment group,29 patients were given TCM paste combined with D3 and Calcium Carbonate Tablets and 28 patients in the control group were orally administered with D3 and Calcium Carbonate Tablets.Then two groups were measured bone mineral density and observed the effect of TCM paste on bone mineral density.Results:There was a significant difference in BMD before and after treatment in the treatment group(P=0.000<0.05).There was a significant difference in the improvement of BMD between the treatment group and the control group by statistical analysis:P=0.035<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment group and the control group both had some improvements on the BMD of the patients(P<0.05).From the improvement point of view,the improvement of BMD to a greater extent is better than pure calcium D3(P<0.05).
