摘要
大数据时代为实现高速与海量数据的存储,对计算机主存的性能提出了更高要求,相变存储器PCM应运而生。PCM凭借其非易失、字节可寻址、存储密度高、能耗低等优点,一度被认为有望代替DRAM成为新的主存存储介质。但是,现阶段的PCM存在写延迟高、寿命有限等问题,还不能取代DRAM作为主存。因此,利用DRAM和PCM优劣互补来构建存储速度更快、存储容量更大、能量效率更高的混合主存系统,以共同承担主存中的大数据存储、管理任务,成为现阶段的最佳主存架构机制。
        In order to realize the storage of high-speed and massive data,the per formance of the main memor y of computer is put for ward higher request in the era of big data.Phase change memor y PCM emerges as the times require.With its advantages of non-volatile,byte addressable,high storage density and low energy consumption,PCM was once expected to replace DRAM as a new main storage medium.However,at present,PCM has some shortcomings,such as high write latenc y and limited lifetime.It is not yet competent to replace DRAM as main memor y.Therefore,using DRAM and PCM complementation to build a hybrid storage system with faster storage speed,larger storage capacity and higher energy efficiency,and jointly undertake the major data storage and management tasks in the main memory,which is the best main memory architecture at the present stage.
