摘要
作为医院管理的重要内容,医院职能部门考核评价机制对促进医院管理精细化,提升医院效能,推动医院健康可持续发展具有重大意义。以医院职能部门考核评价机制内涵为切入点,认为其考评机制存在战略关联弱、考核指标间关联性弱和管理系统性弱的问题,并从战略地图、四维考评和360考评3个维度提出对医院职能部门考核评价体系的反思与改进措施。
As an important part of hospital management, the hospital administrative department evaluation plays important roles on promoting fine management, improving efficiency and promoting the healthy and sustainable development. Taking the connotation of hospital administration department evaluation mechanism as the entry point, problems such as weak relationship with strategy, weak relationship with management system and weak relation between index have been discussed. Thoughts and suggestions in aspects of strategy map, four-dimensional evaluation and 360 evaluation have been presented.
