摘要
目的:比较去氢骆驼蓬碱磁固体脂质纳米粒(HM-MSLN)的不同制备方法,以单因素考察结合星点设计响应面法优化制备工艺。方法:比较薄膜超声分散法、微乳超声法、乳化低温固化法、乳化溶剂挥发法制备HM-MSLN,筛选得到粒径小、载药量高、稳定性好的制备方法;再以单因素考察结合星点设计响应面法优化处方与制备工艺。结果:优选的薄膜超声分散法所制备的HM-MSLN粒径为(178.00±6.07) nm,包封率为(95.38±1.08)%,载药量为(4.21±0.03)%。结论:薄膜超声分散法所制备的HM-MSLN具有粒径小、载药量较高、制备工艺简单等特点。
        Objective: To compare the different preparation methods of harmine magnetic solid lipid nanoparticles(HMMSLN) and optimize the preparation process by single factor analysis combined with star point design response surface method.Methods: Four kinds of preparation methods of HM-MSLN including thin film ultrasonic dispersion method, microemulsion ultrasonic method, emulsification low temperature curing method and emulsion solvent evaporation method were compared to obtain the best preparations method with small particle size, high drug loading and good stability. And single factor analysis and star point design response surface method were further adopted to optimize the prescription and preparation. Results: HM-MSLN prepared by the preferred method of film ultrasonic dispersion had a particle diameter of(178.00 ± 6.07) nm, an entrapment rate of(95.38±1.08)%, and a drug-loading rate of(4.21 ± 0.03)%. Conclusion: HM-MSLN prepared by thin film ultrasonic dispersion had the characteristics of small particle size, high drug loading and simple preparation process.
