摘要
以西山煤电五麟公司焦化厂为背景,对焦炉煤气进行了超重力湿法除尘工艺的实践应用研究。基于超重力湿法除尘的机制,针对实际工况设计了超重力湿法除尘工艺方案并确定了工艺设计参数。实践检测结果表明,该除尘工艺的总除尘效率高达92.37%,出口粉尘质量浓度低于5mg/m~3,有效地保障了煤气压缩机的长期稳定运行。
Based on the coking plant of Xishan Wulin Coalcoke development company,the practice and application of high gravity wet dedusting process for coke oven gas are studied.Based on the mechanism of high-gravity wet dedusting,the process scheme of high-gravity wet dedusting was designed and the process design parameters were determined.Practical test results show that the total dust removal efficiency of the process is 92.37%,and the mass concentration of dust at the outlet is less than 5 mg/m~3,which effectively ensures the long-term stable operation of the gas compressor.
