下肢深静脉血栓治疗的研究进展

<正>下肢深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)是常见周围血管疾病,发病率逐渐升高,主要的危害是继发性肺动脉栓塞(pulmonary embolism,PE)和深静脉血栓后综合征(post thrombotic syndrome,PTS)的发生~([1]),严重威胁患者健康。该病治疗的目标为预防静脉血栓蔓延和致死性肺动脉栓塞,减少PTS的发生~([2])。下肢DVT的治疗主要包括抗凝,溶栓,外科取栓等~([3]),但没有一个统一的标准~([4-5])。本文将对近年来DVT的治疗做一综述。
