<正>人获得性免疫缺陷病毒HIV-1编码的Rev蛋白由116个氨基酸组成,分子量为19 kD,主要定位在细胞核中。Rev具有三个不同的功能区:N端的第35~50个氨基酸之间编码了一个精氨酸富集区域(arginine-rich-motif,ARM)作为Rev的核定位信号(nuclear localization signal,NLS)。Rev的NLS区域主要负责蛋白的核定位功能以及与Rev反应元件(Rev response element,RRE)的茎环RNA序列
