摘要
目的研究组蛋白去甲基化酶JMJD3与UTX在Meckel's软骨发育过程中的表达。方法采用免疫组织化学方法观察小鼠胚胎期Meckel's软骨及其周围细胞凝聚区组蛋白去甲基化酶JMJD3与UTX的表达。结果 JMJD3与UTX均表达于细胞核内。JMJD3在软骨细胞内随着软骨细胞的发育成熟其表达由强变弱;UTX表达则是由弱变强。在Meckel's软骨周围细胞凝聚区,小鼠胚胎初期,JMJD3及UTX弱表达;细胞分化期JMJD3与UTX表达增强。结论 JMJD3及UTX参与Meckel's软骨细胞增殖、分化的发育过程,推测JMJD3及UTX参与下颌骨的发育。
        Objective To examine the expression of JMJD3 and UTX in the mouse embryonic Meckel's cartilage.Method The levels of JMJD3 and UTX in different embryonic stages were determined by immunohistochemistry. Results JMJD3 and UTX expressed in the nucleus. JMJD3 declined during the development of the chondrocytes,but the expression of UTX showed the opposite. With the differentiation of those cells,the levels of JMJD3 and UTX increased. Conclusion JMJD3 and UTX may get involved in the development.
