脂肪瘤和Meckel憩室共同引起成人小肠套叠经腹腔镜辅助小切口手术治疗1例

摘要
目的总结1例由脂肪瘤和Meckel憩室共同引起的小肠套叠病人诊疗过程,积累该类病人的临床诊疗经验。方法回顾性分析2016年10月遵义医学院附属医院胃肠外科收治的由脂肪瘤和Meckel憩室共同引起的小肠套叠病人1例经腹腔镜辅助小切口治疗的临床资料,探讨其疗效及安全性。结果对该病人进行腹腔镜辅助小切口手术,术后预防感染等治疗,术后第2天肠功能恢复,术后第5天康复出院。结论经腹腔镜辅助小切口手术治疗小肠套叠是安全,有效的,值得临床上进一步推广、应用。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of intussusception caused by lipoma and Meckel diverticulum in one case and accumulate the clinical experience of this kind of patients. Methods A case of small intestinal intussusception caused by lipoma and Meckel diverticulum admitted to the gastrointestinal surgery of Zunyi Medical College Affiliated Hospital in October 2016 was analyzed retrospectively. Results The patient underwent laparoscopic assisted small incision surgery,postoperative infection prevention and other treatments,postoperative bowel function recovery the second day,postoperative recovery and discharge on the fifth day. Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted small incision surgery for intussusception is safe and effective,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
