摘要

在文化传播的互动效用下,青海藏区农牧业社会经济稳定发展的关键是农牧民掌握先进的科学文化技术和管理理念,沿着正确的文化传播方向促进藏区社会稳定发展。
        Under the interactive effect of cultural communication, the key to the stable development of the social economy of agriculture and animal husbandry in Qinghai Tibetan area is that the farmers and herdsmen have the advanced science, culture, technology and management idea, and promote the stable development of Ti-betan society along the correct direction of cultural communication.
