排气背压对有无EGR重型柴油机油耗的影响

摘要
为了研究排气背压对有无废气再循环(EGR,Exhaust Gas Recirculation)重型柴油机油耗及排温等性能的影响,选取了1540r/min和320N.m的稳态工况分别对有EGR和无EGR的发动机进行了变排气背压试验。试验结果表明:排气背压每增加1kPa,无EGR的发动机油耗率增加0.49g/kWh;有EGR的发动机油耗率增加1.43g/kWh;排气背压对有EGR发动机的油耗率更敏感;低背压时,有EGR发动机的油耗率低于无EGR发动机,高背压时,有EGR发动机高于无EGR发动机。研究结果为重型柴油机排气系统结构设计和布置提供了理论指导。
        In order to obtain the exhaust back pressure to the influence of engine performance of fuel consumption and exhaust temperature etc with EGR and without EGR heavy-duty diesel engine. On engine test bench, selected the 1540 r/min and 320 N/m steady-state conditions respectively for the engine with EGR and without EGR related exhaust back pressure experiment. The experimental results showed: For each additional 1kPa of exhaust back pressure, the engine without EGR the fuel consumption increases by 0.49g/kWh; the engine with EGR the fuel consumption increases by 1.43g/kWh.The research content provides theoretical guidance for the design and layout of engine exhaust system with EGR and without EGR.
