摘要
随着我国埋地燃气管道数量不断地增加,其经济重要性也日益提升,与之对应的安全问题也越来越多。本文以城镇地区某处燃气管道发生泄漏事故为例,分析验证了事故发生的原因,并用ALOHA(Areal Locations of Hazardous Atmospheres)软件对事故后果(喷射火、气云爆炸)进行模拟,计算出个人风险值,应用最低合理可行原则对个人风险值进行评估,最后将风险值进行可视化处理,从而便于相关单位采取风险防控措施,给管道应急管理提供依据。
As the number of buried gas pipelines in China continues to increase,its economic importance is also increasing,and the corresponding security problems are also increasing.This paper takes the gas pipeline leakage accident in a certain area in the urban area as an example,analyzes and verifies the cause of the accident,and uses ALOHA(Areal Locations of Hazardous Atmospheres) software to simulate the accident consequences(jet fire,gas cloud explosion) and calculate personal risk value,apply the As low As Reasonable Practicable to evaluate the individual risk value,and finally visualize the risk value,so that the relevant companies can take risk prevention and control measures to provide basis for pipeline emergency management.
