摘要
目的调查福建省部分地区动物携带埃立克体(Ehrlichia)的状况,分析16SrRNA基因特征。方法收集永春县和上杭县牛、羊和狗的全血样本,用巢式PCR扩增埃立克体16SrRNA片段,纯化测序并进行序列分析。结果永春县牛、羊和狗全血标本中埃立克体感染率分别为56.9%、38.8%和10.7%,上杭县羊全血样本中埃立克体感染率为65.3%。福建省部分地区牛、羊、狗的埃立克体16SrRNA基因序列,与相应的参考序列同源性均达98%~100%。结论福建省部分地区的动物存在埃立克体感染。
        Objective To investigate Ehrlichia infection of animals in some areas of Fujian,China and analyize the characteristics of 16 SrRNA gene.Methods Blood samples of animals(oxen,goats and dogs)were collected from Yongchun and Shanghang counties.Nested polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was used for amplifying the fragments of16 SrRNA gene of Ehrlichia.The positive PCR products were sequenced and compared with the corresponding sequences acquired by biological analysis software.Results The infection rates of Ehrlichiain oxen,goats and dogs in Yongchun County were 56.9%,38.8% and 10.7%respectively,and the infection rate of Ehrlichia of goats in Shanghang County was 65.3%.The nucleotide sequence homologies of partial 16 SrRNA genes and the reference sequences reach up to 98%-100% in some areas of Fujian.Conclusion Ehrlichiainfections in animals were found in some areas of Fujian.
