摘要
文章首先基于BPR理论,针对当前高校预警教育中存在的问题,对当前的预警教育业务流程进行了优化,设计了一种高效的动态循环型预警教育业务流程。随后,文章基于现代信息技术,提出了包括基础数据、关键算法、技术保障等三个环节的高校预警教育业务流程优化的解决方案。最后,文章以H学院为例,进行了预警教育业务流程优化前后的效益对比分析。文章的研究结果有利于提升预警业务流程的整体效率,促进高校预警教育管理的精准化与高效化,对转变预警教育业务流程的管理视角、提高学生学业的成功率等具有应用价值。
        Based on the Business Process Reengineering(BPR) theory, this paper firstly optimized the current business process of early warning education, and further designed an efficiently dynamic and cyclic business process of early warning education, aiming at the current problems existingin early warning education in colleges and universities. Secondly, based on the modern information technology, the asolution that including such links as basic data, key algorithm, and technological support was proposed to optimize the business process of early warning education. Finally, by taking the H College as an example, this paper compared and analyzed the benefits of business process of early warning education before and after optimization. The results of this paper were beneficial to improving the overall efficiency of business process of early warning education and promoting the precision and high-efficiency of early warning education management in colleges and universities, and had application value in transforming the management perspective of the business process of early warning education and improving the students' academic success rate.
