摘要
车灯内部的水汽由于温度差、湿度大等原因在车灯配光镜表面形成雾气,影响了客户驾驶安全,加大了客户对汽车外观品质的抱怨。本文根据车灯起雾形成过程、形成条件、影响条件,分析了车灯起雾原理,并提出了预防及解决对策。
The water vapor inside the lamp has fog on the surface of the lamp due to temperature difference and humidity,which affects the driving safety of the customer and increases the customer's complaint about the appearance quality of the car. This paper analyses the principle of vehicle lamp fogging,and puts forward the preventive and solving countermeasures by the forming process,forming conditions and influencing conditions of vehicle lamp fogging.
