摘要

EPDM应用广泛但容易燃烧,在许多应用中需添加阻燃剂。含卤体系阻燃剂虽然阻燃性好但易释放有毒气体,因此无卤阻燃剂获得了普遍应用。研究了无卤阻燃剂与EPDM等橡胶的复合性能,介绍了橡胶阻燃机理和电线电缆等方面胶料,如天然胶、EPDM、CR、NBR的配方及材料性能。
        EPDM is widely used but easy to burn, and flame retardants need to be added in many applications. Halogen-containing flame retardants have a good flame retardancy but they are easy to release toxic gases, so halogen-free flame retardants have been widely used. In this paper, the composite properties of halogen-free flame retardants and EPDM rubbers were studied. The rubber flame retardant mechanism and the related compounds of wire and cable, such as the formulation and material properties of natural rubber, EPDM, CR and NBR, were introduced.
