受阻酚类材料在橡胶中的应用

摘要
研究了受阻酚类添加剂对NR/BR并用胶硫化特性、力学性能、老化特性以及动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:加入双酚类受阻酚添加剂,并用胶的t_(10)和t_(90)增加,ML变化很小,M_H减小,模量下降;硬度和回弹性下降,100%定伸应力和拉断伸长率先略微增加然后减小,拉伸强度和撕裂强度下降;100℃热空气老化24 h后,拉伸强度保持率和拉断伸长率保持率都有一定程度提高,耐热空气老化性能改善;玻璃化转变区tanδ减小,0℃以上tanδ增加,0~80℃温度范围内材料阻尼性能得到改善。
        The effects of hindered phenolic additives on vulcanization, mechanical properties, aging properties and dynamic mechanical properties of NR/BR blended were investigated. The results show that with the addition of the bisphenol-based hindered phenol additive, the t10 and t90 of the blended rubber increased, the ML changed little, the MH decreased, and the modulus decreased. The hardness and rebound resilience decreased, and the 100% modulus and elongation at break first increased slightly and then decreased, and the tensile strength and tear strength decreased. After aging at 100 ℃ for 24 h, the tensile strength retention rate and the elongation at break retention rate were improved to some extent, and the heat-resistant air aging performance was improved. The tanδ in the glass transition section was reduced, and the tanδ was increased above 0℃, material damping performance was improved at the temperature range of 0℃ ~ 80℃.
