摘要
大陆溢流玄武岩省火山通道的岩浆体积是其溢流喷发体积的3~10倍。其形态以横向运移的"碟状岩床"为主,也存在一些其他的形态。大陆溢流玄武岩省活动时,位于火山通道热接触变质晕位置的富有机质沉积物可以在热烘烤作用下释放巨量"热成因气体"。这些气体在全球性环境灾变以及大规模生物灭绝等方面具有重要意义。火山通道在火山盆地含油气系统的形成和破坏中也有重要作用。在塔里木盆地,利用工业的地震数据进行三维火山通道结构研究的时机已经成熟。
        Volcanic conduits of continental flood basalts occupy a volume ~ 3-10 times of their eruptive volume. The structure of continental flood basalts' volcanic conduits is dominated by lateral transformed"saucer-shaped sills",although exceptions exist. "Thermogenic gases"released from the metamorphic aureole of organic-rich sediments surrounding the volcanic conduits are dominant factor that can induce catastrophic global environmental changes and mass extinctions. Volcanic conduits also play an important role on the petroleum system in volcanic basins. In the Tarim Basin,it is the dawntime of studies on 3-D structure of volcanic conduits with industrial seismological data.
