In order to analyze the radiation performance of fuel assembly, the fast neutron fluence of guide tubes or fuel grid elements should be provided. At present, there is a problem of that the pin-by-pin neutron fluence of the assembly can not be given in calculation results of SCIENCE, but it can provide the burnup distribution of the assembly. In order to obtain the fast neutron fluence in guide tube at the end of life, in this paper, the relationship between the burnup of fuel elements and the fast neutron fluence of fuel elements at the end of life was studied by Mote Colo program RMC, so was the relationship between the fast neutron fluence of the guide tube and that of fuel elements around. And then according to these two relations, the fast neutron fluence in guide tube can be obtained by the burnup distribution of fuel elements at the end of life in the SCIENCE results.
