摘要
随着全球环境的日益恶化和人们环保意识的逐渐增强,控制船用柴油机有害气体排放的要求日益强烈。本文在阐述船用柴油机排放污染物主要成分和日趋严格国际排放法规的基础之上,重点介绍了降低NOx排放的电控单体泵,高压共轨,EGR和SCR等船用柴油机排放控制的新技术,并分析了各种技术方法降低NOx的影响机理,以满足日益严重的排放法规和越来越高的市场要求。
        With the deteriorating global environment and gradually increasing awareness of environment protection, how to control harmful gas emissions from marine diesel engine is more and more important. In this paper on the basis of describing the main components of marine diesel engine emissions and the increasingly stringent international emission regulations, we have mainly introduced the electronic control single pump, high-pressure common rail, EGR and SCR in order to reduce NOx emission and so on, we have also analyzed their mechanism reducing NOx to meet the growing higher emissions regulations and market requirements.
