摘要
基于三次经济普查和第二次基本单位普查的数据,利用LISA分析和空间面板杜宾模型,分析了轨道交通对北京产业发展的空间影响。结果显示:轨道交通设施所在的街道、乡、镇及邻近区域的总就业和服务业都能从本地轨道交通的发展中受益,而轨道交通设施所在的区域及周边区域不适合发展制造业;面对轨道交通的发展,生产性服务业会在轨道交通设施所在的街道、乡、镇及"集聚经济"影响范围内的邻近区域发展,而公共服务业和生活服务业的空间布局则是本地化的;零售业对交通成本更敏感,倾向于在轨道交通设施所在的街道、乡、镇布局,周边区域对其吸引力不大;本地和周边区域的金融业和餐饮业均能从轨道交通的发展中获益。
        This essay discusses whether urban rail transit has spatial influence on industry development in Beijing,based on LISA Analysis and Spatial Panel Durbin Model( SPDM). The results show that: Firstly,service industry sector is better off in those areas where stations locate and those surrounding areas; those areas where stations locate and those surrounding areas are not suitable for manufacturing industry; Secondly,producer service sector is better off in those areas where stations locate and those surrounding areas; public service sector and residential service sector are localized; Thirdly,retail sector would benefit from local rail transit facilities; catering sector and finance sector are better off in those areas where stations locate and those surrounding areas.
