摘要
目的评价2018年中医医师分阶段考试第一阶段实证研究理论考试试卷的质量。方法以参加2018年中医医师分阶段第一阶段实证研究理论考试的大学本科4年级末学生为样本,对考试整体情况、试卷的相关参数情况进行分析。结果 2018年有30所高等医药院校5849名考生参加了第一阶段实证研究理论考试,通过率为55. 24%。考生在中医基础、中医临床、西医基础、西医临床、医学人文5个模块的掌握率分别为66. 48%、59. 8%、49. 36%、49. 1%、71. 56%。试卷难度为0. 611,区分度为0. 259。试卷内部一致性信度为0. 962。结论考生分数呈正态分布,试卷整体情况良好,整体难度平均、区分度较好、信度良好,具有较好的结构效度和内容效度。
        Objective To analysis and evaluation the quality of the first stage of TCM physician'phased theoretical examination papers in 2018. Methods Taking the end of the fourth grade undergraduate students who participated in the first stage of TCM physician'phased theoretical examination in 2018 as samples,the overall situation of the examination and the related parameters of the examination papers were analyzed. Results In 2018,5849 candidates from 30 medical universities participated in the first phase of TCM physician'phased theoretical examination,with the pass rate of 55. 24%.The mastering rates of the candidates in the basics of basic TCM,clinical TCM,basic western medicine,clinical western medicine and medical humanities was 66. 48%,59. 8%,49. 36%,49. 1% and 71. 56%,respectively. The test paper difficulty was 0. 611 and the distinction was 0. 259. The reliability of internal consistency was 0. 962. Conclusion Candidates' score basically presents normal distribution. The overall difficulty distribution of the test is average and the degree of differentiation is good,with good structural validity and content validity.
