基于六经气化的《伤寒杂病论》“客气”新探

摘要
历代注家多指客气为外来邪气客居体内或内生邪气,然基于六经气化学说,从本气太过为病的观点出发,经分析比对《伤寒杂病论》中关于"客气"的条文,可以得出客气的含义是指因机体之虚而使厥阴肝经产生太过的风气,并游寄客居于身体某部位,使得该部位气血紊乱而发病。厥阴风气以善行而数变为特点,游溢全身,没有固定不移的位置,故可以认为《伤寒杂病论》中的"客气"是厥阴风气的别称。
Most commentators in the past dynasties consider that the"guest climatic qi"refers to external evil residing in the body or endogenous pathogenic factors. However,based on the theory of qi transformation of six meridians and from the viewpoint that"excessive natural qi caused disease ",the articles about "guest climatic qi " in Shanghan Zabing Lun( Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases) are analyzed and compared,and it can be concluded that the meaning of "guest climatic qi "is the excessive wind induced be Jueyin liver channel due to the deficiency of organism,which lives in one part of the body,causes disorders of qi and blood and then induces disease. Jueyin wind is characterized by migration and various changes,it swims all over the body with no fixed position. Therefore,it can be considered that"guest climatic qi"in Shanghan Zabing Lun is the nickname of Jueyin wind.
