Ezrin蛋白、VEGF-C及OCT4在乳腺癌组织中的表达研究

摘要
目的:探讨Ezrin蛋白、血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)及八聚体结合转录因子4(OCT4)在乳腺癌患者肿瘤组织中的表达。方法:选择某院确诊的232例乳腺癌患者为乳腺癌组,经手术留取其肿瘤组织,另选取同期收治确诊的50例乳腺纤维腺瘤患者为对照组,以免疫组化方法检测肿瘤组织中Ezrin蛋白、VEGF-C及OCT4的表达情况,并应用统计学分析乳腺癌组织中三者的表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学分级与肿瘤临床分期的关系。结果:乳腺癌组Ezrin蛋白,VEGF-C,OCT4阳性表达率为75. 86%,73. 71%,83. 07%,均显著高于乳腺纤维腺瘤组的4. 00%,8. 00%,10. 00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);乳腺癌组织中Ezrin蛋白,VEGF-C,OCT4阳性表达与组织学分级、肿瘤临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P <0. 05),OCT4阳性表达与肿瘤大小、组织学分级、淋巴结转移有关(P <0. 05)。结论:Ezrin蛋白,VEGF-C,OCT4均参与乳腺癌的发生、发展,三者在乳腺癌患者肿瘤组织中的表达上调,可作为乳腺癌诊治、预后评估等方面的参考指标,具有临床价值。
        Objective: To study the expression of Ezrin protein,vascular endothelial growth factor C( VEGF-C) and POU5 f1 transcription factor 4( OCT4) in tumor tissues of patients with breast cancer. Methods: 232 cases of patients with breast cancer in a hospital were selected. The tumor tissues were obtained by operation. The expression levels of Ezrin protein,VEGF-C and OCT4 in the tumor tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expressions of the three indexes and age,tumor size,histological grade and clinical tumor stages were statistically analyzed. Results: The positive expression rates of Ezrin protein,VEGF-C and OCT4 in the breast cancer group were 75. 86%,73. 71% and 83. 07%,which were significantly higher than those in the breast fibroadenoma group with 4. 00%,8. 00% and 10. 00%( P < 0. 05). The positive expressions of Ezrin protein,VEGF-C and OCT4 in the breast cancer tissues were associated with histological grade,clinical tumor stages and lymph node metastasis( P < 0. 05),and the positive expression of OCT4 was associated with tumor size,histological grade and lymph node metastasis( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Ezrin protein,VEGF-C and OCT4 are involved in the occurrence and development of breast cancer. The up-regulations of the three in breast cancer patients are of clinical value and can be used as reference indexes for breast cancer diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.
