摘要
精神分裂症病因未完全明确,N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor,NMDA)受体功能不足是精神分裂症的重要发病机制,随着抗NMDA受体脑炎的发现,以及在精神分裂症人群中也发现抗NMDA受体抗体阳性患者,抗NMDA受体抗体阳性可能是精神分裂症某一种亚型。本文旨在总结抗NMDA受体脑炎及精神分裂症之间相关性的研究结果,进一步拓展对精神分裂症的认识、治疗及评估。
        The etiology of schizophrenia is not completely clear. The lack of N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor(NMDA) function is an important pathogenesis of schizophrenia. With the discovery of anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis, as well as anti-NMDA receptor antibody-positive patients in schizophrenia, anti-NMDA receptor antibody positive may be a subtype of schizophrenia. This article aims to summarize the findings of the association between anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis and schizophrenia, and further expand our understanding, treatment and evaluation of schizophrenia.
