摘要
目的:分析健康志愿者腓总神经的MRI表现,获得腓总神经MRI的各项测量数据。方法:采用3.0T MR采集52例健康志愿者的MRI相关信息,扫描序列包括基于梯度回波的水激发三维容积T2加权成像(T2W-PROSET-3D-FFE)序列和扩散张量成像(DTI)序列。测量腓总神经起始处(坐骨神经移行为腓总神经和胫神经层面)的长径、横截面积、FA值及ADC值,并进行统计学分析。结果:腓总神经起始处腓总神经长径为(3.00±0.40)mm,横截面积为(5.96±1.02)mm~2,FA值为0.57±0.06,ADC值为(1.16±0.14)×10~(-3) mm~2/s。腓总神经起始处左、右两侧腓总神经长径、横截面积、FA值及ADC值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),长径、横截面积、ADC值为左侧小于右侧,FA值为左侧大于右侧;不同年龄、不同性别间腓总神经长径、横截面积、FA值及ADC值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P值>0.05)。身高与腓总神经长径、横截面积呈负相关,相关系数分别为-0.259和-0.251(P<0.05),身高与腓总神经FA值、ADC值无明显相关性(P>0.05);年龄、性别、体重与腓总神经长径、横截面积、FA及ADC值均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:3.0T MR可测量健康志愿者腓总神经起始处长径、横截面积、FA值及ADC值等参数的正常参考值,为今后提出量化的诊断标准提供参考数据。
        Objective:The purpose of this study was to analyze the MRI findings of common peroneal nerve(CPN)in healthy volunteers aiming to obtain normal measurements that can be referred for quantitive diagnosis in the future.Methods:52cases of healthy volunteers underwent MRI scan on double knee joints.T2W-PROSET-3D-FFE and DTI were chosen as scan sequences.The length,transvers area,FA and ADC values were measured and analyzed.Results:The length of CPN was(3.00±0.40)mm;cross-sectional area was(5.96±1.02)mm~2;FA value was(0.57±0.06);ADC value was(1.16±0.14)×10~(-3) mm~2/s.There were statistical difference of the length,cross-sectional area,FA and ADC value of both legs(P<0.05),but no statistical difference between men or women,and ages(P>0.05).There was no correlation difference with weight(P>0.05).There was negative correlation between values of length and cross-sectional area with height(P<0.05),but no correlation of FA and ADC value with height(P>0.05).Conclusion:The normal measurements of CPN's length,crosssectional area and DTI parameters(FA,ADC value)on 3.0MRI can provide referral information for the quantitive diagnosis in the future.
