摘要
为研究产品概念设计过程中的用户需求,运用功能-行为-结构(FBS)设计模型对产品进行分析,从而得出用户需求的最优解。运用改进的FBS设计模型对目标产品进行分析,得到模糊需求;结合弹性界限的概念,运用自然交互技术对模糊需求求解,同时结合情境感知对用户需求进一步分析;结合案例验证了文中方法的可行性。结果表明:改进后的FBS设计模型可用于分析用户需求,并能够通过自然交互技术得到用户需求的最优解。
To studied the user needs in product concept design process,the product was analyzed by using the FunctionBehavior-Structure(FBS) design model to obtain the optimal solution of user demand. Firstly,the improved FBS design model was used to analyze the target product and the fuzzy demand could be obtained. Then,based on the concept of elastic limit,the fuzzy demand was solved by using natural interaction technology,and the user needs were further analyzed in combination with contextual awareness. Finally, the feasibility proposed in this paper was verified by case analysis. The results showed that the improved FBS design model could be used to analyze the user demand,and the optimal solution of user needs through natural interaction technology could be obtained.
