摘要
介绍了FDFCC-Ⅲ双提升管工艺在重油催化裂化(RFCC)装置上的工业应用和汽提段改造后应用效果。应用结果表明:FDFCC-Ⅲ工艺与装置改造前相比,采用多产汽油方案时,总液收提高1.67%,汽油的辛烷值(RON)未损失,改质汽油的烯烃含量由48.02%降低到21.08%,硫含量下降了39.7%,并且可以灵活调整生产方案,高效汽提技术的应用使焦炭氢含量降低1.28%,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
The paper introduced application of FDFCC-Ⅲ dual-riser process in RFCC unit and the effect of stripper stage reforming.The result showed that total liquid yield was improved 1.67%,RON was not lowered,the olefin content was lowerd from 48.02% to 21.08%,the sulfur content was powered 39.7% when the production scheme was producing more gasoline.The production scheme could be adjusted.The technology could make the coke hydrogen content lower 1.28% and has obvious economic and social benefit.
