摘要
用微量肉汤稀释法测定了215株猪源沙门氏菌对4种抗菌药物的敏感性,用PCR方法测定了多药外排泵基因oqxA、oqxB和氟苯尼考耐药基因floR,并用ERIC-PCR方法分析了猪源沙门氏菌菌株之间的相关性和遗传关系。结果显示:分离菌株对喹乙醇、痢菌净、氟苯尼考和恩诺沙星的耐药率分别为32.56%、20.93%、92.56%、16.74%;有152株菌同时携带oqxA和oqxB,另有7株菌单独携带oqxB;有156株菌携带floR基因; oqxA或oqxB阳性菌株可分为A~Q 17个ERIC型,oqxA和oqxB基因分布于不同的ERIC型菌株中。
        The susceptibility of 215 swine-derived Salmonella typhimurium strains to 4 kinds of antibacterial agents was determined by using micro-broth dilution method. The multi-drug efflux pump genes oqxA,oqxB,and the florfenicol-tolerant gene floR in these S. typhimurium strains were detected by using PCR method,and the correlations and genetic relationships among these strains were analyzed by using ERIC-PCR method. The results showed that the tolerant rate of S. typhimurium isolates to olaquindox,mequindox,florfenicol and enrofloxacin was 32.56%,20.93%,92.56% and 16.74%,respectively. A total of 152 strains carried both oqxA and oqxB,and seven strains only carried oqxB. In addition,there were 156 strains carrying the gene floR. The oqxA or oqxB positive strains could be divided into 17 ERIC types( A ~ Q type),and the genes oqxA and oqxB were widely distributed in different ERIC types of strains.
