摘要
文章详细阐述了一种面向板结构的小型化冲击监测仪的设计。硬件端使用航空铝板作为冲击发生的底板,之后使用压电片作为冲击发生端,最后使用ARM对冲击数据做数模转换。软件端是通过LabVIEW建立采集模块并用其连接ARM,实现数据的采集。并运用Mathscript模块对数据进行处理从而得出冲击图像。在仪器的总体规模上实现小型化的同时实现了低成本化。
The article elaborates on the design of a miniaturized impact monitor for a plate structure. The hardware side uses the aerospace aluminum plate as the bottom plate for the impact, and then uses the piezoelectric piece as the impact generating end, and finally uses ARM to perform digital-to-analog conversion on the impact data. The software side is to establish an acquisition module through LabVIEW and use it to connect to ARM to realize data collection. The Mathscript module is used to process the data to obtain an impact image. The miniaturization is achieved on the overall scale of the instrument while achieving cost reduction.
