摘要
目的:分析口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后感染的病原菌分布,为术后感染的防治提供依据。方法:回顾性分析2015年1月至2017年12月广西医科大学附属口腔医院收治的963例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料,统计患者的感染情况,分析术后感染的发生部位、病原菌种类。结果:963例患者中,81例发生感染,主要感染部位为手术切口感染,占65.4%,其次为肺部感染,占22.2%。感染常见病原菌为铜绿假单胞菌,占33%,其次为肺炎克雷伯菌,占9.9%。深部手术切口感染常见菌为铜绿假单胞菌,表浅手术切口感染常见菌为肺炎克雷伯菌。结论:口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后感染常见菌为铜绿假单胞菌和肺炎克雷伯菌,需采取针对性的有效措施,防治此类感染的发生。
        Objective:To analyze the pathogenic bacteria distribution of postoperative infections of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor,providing the theoretical foundation for the prevention and treatment of postoperative infection.Methods:Clinical data of 963 patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors treated in our hospital from 2015 to 2017 were collected.The distribution of the infection rate,location and the pathogenic bacteria was analyzed.Results:Of the 963 patients,81 cases got postoperative infection.The main infection sites were surgical wounds(65.4%),followed by pulmonary infection(22.2%).The most common pathogen was Pseudomonas aeruginosa(33%),followed by Klebsiella pneumonia(9.9%).The infection of deep surgical incision was commonly caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and superficial surgical incision was caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae.Conclusion:Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae were the main pathogens in postoperative infections of oral and maxillofacial malignancies,and effective measures should be taken to prevent and control the occurrence of such infection.
