超大型FPSO上部模块弹性基座和甲板支墩设计分析

摘要
FPSO上部模块弹性基座和甲板支墩是上部模块与船体之间的关键界面,是FPSO结构设计优化重点。以西非近海深水超大型FPSO为例,开展了上部模块总体布置和质量计算、船体总纵刚度、模块基座边界条件、基座止升理念、弹性基座界面安装精度和甲板支墩结构设计分析等;分析了所属企业标准对FPSO上部模块弹性基座和甲板支墩设计要求。与基本设计相比,该FPSO上部模块操作总质量的详细设计结果增加了约35%,增大了主船体总纵刚度,改进了上部模块基座边界条件,准确计算了界面荷载,优化了弹性基座设计,细分了甲板支墩类型,提高了拖航工况结构许用应力,并提出了FPSO拖航监测及结构检验要求,有效控制了甲板支墩的质量。本文研究成果可为我国深水超大型FPSO设计建造提供借鉴。
        The elastomeric bearing and hull stool of FPSO topside module are the key interfaces between the topside module and the hull,and also the key elements of FPSO structural design optimization.Taking the super-large FPSO in the deep water of the West Africa as an example,the general arrangement and weight calculation of the topside module,the overall longitudinal stiffness of hull,the boundary conditions of module bearing,the anti-uplift principle of the bearing,the installation precision of elastomeric bearing interface and the hull stool structure have been designed and analyzed;the general specifications of the FPSO topside module elastomeric beaing and hull stool have been analyzed.Compared with the basic design,the detailed design of the total operation weight of FPSO topside module increased about 35%,so the overall longitudinal stiffness of hull was increased,and the boundary conditions of the topside module baering were improved;the interface load was accurately calculated,the design of elastomeric bearing was optimized,and the types of hull stool were further subdivided,while increasing the allowable stress of the structure under towing condition.It proposes the requirements on FPSO tow monitoring and structural inspection,and controls the weight of hull stool effectively.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the design and construction of super-large deep water FPSO in China.
