摘要
海底管道整体内防腐技术的主旨是在管道内壁一次涂敷一层完整的内防腐层,以提高管道内防腐整体质量,目前国内只有少数单位具备此技术能力,与国外差距较大。采用理论与试验研究相结合的方法,研究了管道内表面预处理技术,包括机械清洁和化学清洗技术,开发了适用于海底管道的预处理施工工艺,研制了与工艺相配套的工装设备,在实验室内完成了专用清洗药剂配方的研制,并进行了预处理技术的现场试验。现场检测表明,使用自主研发的上述技术,预处理后的管道内壁表面光滑、平整,无油脂、污垢、铁锈或其他附着物,呈现金属光泽,除锈等级评定相当于Sa2.5级,管道内壁预处理质量满足后续防腐涂装的要求。
        The main purpose of the integral internal anticorrosive technology of submarine pipeline is to coat a complete internal anticorrosive layer on the inner wall of submarine pipeline once, so as to improve the overall quality of pipeline internal anticorrosion. At present, only a few units in China claim to have this technological capability, which is farcry from that of foreign countries. In this paper, the pretreatment technology of the inner surface of pipeline, including mechanical cleaning and chemical cleaning, is studied by combining theoretical research with experimental research. The pretreatment construction technology suitable for submarine pipeline is developed. The tooling equipment matching the technology is studied and manufactured. The formulation of special cleaning agent is developed in the laboratory, and the field experiment of the pretreatment technology is carried out. The field test shows that the inner surface of the pipeline after pretreatment is smooth, without grease, dirt, rust or other attachments, and with metallic luster by using self-developed pretreatment construction technology. The grade of rust removal is equivalent to grade Sa2.5. The quality of pretreatment of the inner wall of the pipeline meets the requirements of subsequent anticorrosive coating.
