摘要
目的:探讨数字医学技术在桡骨远端骨折分型诊断中的应用价值及其指导治疗的重要意义。方法:收集30例桡骨远端骨折病例行普通X线和CT检查,应用Mimics 17.0软件行三维重建并3D打印仿真模型。特邀5位资深骨科医生和20名无临床工作经验的医学生对这30例桡骨远端骨折病例依据X线及CT平片、Mimics重建图像及3D打印仿真模型以AO分型法为标准进行分类比较。结果:5名骨科医生认为Mimics三维重建图像及3D打印仿真模型对骨折分型及治疗有重要的指导意义,与使用X线及CT平片对较复杂的桡骨远端骨折分型相比差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。20名医学生认为三维重建图像及3D打印仿真模型具有形象、逼真、直观等特点,容易理解。结论:应用Mimics三维重建以及3D打印仿真模型等数字技术可多角度、全方位,直接观察、分析桡骨远端骨折的空间位置情况,对骨折的诊断、分型、术前规划有重要的指导意义。
Objective: Discussion on digital medical technique and its application in the diagnosis of distal radius fracture classification value, and its guiding significance of distal radius fractures. Methods: Collection of 30 cases of distal radius fracture underwent general x-ray examination, CT scan, three-dimensional reconstruction on Mimics 17.0 software and 3 D printing simulation model. 5 senior orthopedics surgeons and 20 medical students compared and evaluated in clinical diagnosis and types of fracture on 30 cases according the AO standard for categorization. Results: 5 senior Orthopedics surgeons believe that the fracture classification based on Mimics 3 D reconstruction image and 3 D print simulation model is more favorable for judging the type of fracture, and have important guiding significance on the classification and treatment of the fracture. The classification difference between the X-ray、CT examination and the use of Mimics 3 D reconstruction and 3 D printing simulation model is significant. There are statistical significance(P <0.05). 20 medical students think that the Mimics 3 D reconstruction image and the 3 D printing simulation model have the features of image,reality, straight, and it is easy to understand. Conclusion: Digital medical technique with Mimics three-dimensional reconstruction and3 D printing simulation model are very helpful and valuable in clinical diagnosis, classification and preoperative planning of distal Radius fracture, because they can provide direct, three-dimensional and dynamic visualization, all-round observation the spatial location of fractures.
