摘要
随着无线体域网应用的推广,隐私保护成为无线体域网安全领域的研究热点。本文提出了一类基于无线体域网的远程医疗诊断系统的隐私保护方案。方案利用临时身份对病人进行匿名保护,实现远程医疗诊断系统的匿名问诊,保护了病人在远程医疗系统中的隐私。同时数字签名、El Gamal加密、双线性映射等技术实现远程医疗系统的匿名性、保密性、真实性、完整性与可跟踪性等安全特性。性能和安全分析结果表明,方案具有较少的计算开销和通信开销,在安全性和性能上都可适用于无线体域网的应用场景。
With the promotion of the application of Wireless Body Area Network( WBAN),privacy protection has become a research hotspot in the field of WBAN security. This paper presents a privacy protection scheme for Telemedicine System based on WBAN. The temporary identity is utilized to realize anonymous consultation. Several technologies such as El Gamal Encryption,Bilinear Mapping and Digital Signature are applied to provide the security features of anonymity,confidentiality,mutual authenticity,integrity and traceability.Performance analysis shows that the proposed scheme,which can reduce the computing cost and communication cost,is applicable to WBAN applications in terms of security and performance.
