摘要
通过高效液相色谱(HPCL)测量足光散的几种有效成分及含量,拟找到一种方法可以检测出足光散的主要成分的含量。采用Agilent 1260型高效液相色谱仪,C18柱,流动相:甲醇-0.1 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(93∶7和80∶20),用磷酸调节pH值至4;流速:1.5 mL/min;柱温:35℃;检测波长:240 nm;进样量:10μL。结果表明该方法能够简便高效地测出足光粉的几种有效成分及含量。
In this study, we measured the contents of several effective components in Zuguangsan by HPLC. Agilent 1260 high performance liquid chromatograph and C18 column were adopted;mobile phase was methanol-0.1 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution(93∶7 and 80∶20), pH value adjusted to 4 with phosphoric acid; flow rate was 1.5 mL/min;column temperature was 35℃;detection wavelength was 240 nm and injection amount was 10 μL. The results showed that this method could be used to measure the three effective components in Zuguangsan easily and efficiently.
