摘要
目的:探讨冠心病患者长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)-Ang362的表达及其与患者预后的相关性。方法:随机选取2015年1月到2016年6月,于新疆医科大学第一附属医院心脏中心接受冠状动脉造影患者120例,其中对照组20例和冠心病组100例,冠心病组中包括稳定性冠心病组60例,急性冠状动脉综合征组40例。收集患者年龄、性别等基本临床特征,以实时定量PCR检测患者血浆lnc-Ang362表达,以SYNTAX评分系统评估患者冠心病严重程度,对冠心病患者进行平均26.9个月的随访,记录患者心肌梗死、血运重建等主要心脏不良事件的发生情况。结果:CAD患者的体质量指数、吸烟史、高血压和血脂异常的比例较对照组明显升高(P<0.05);lnc-Ang362在冠心病患者血浆中的表达较对照组明显升高(P<0.05);血浆lnc-Ang362水平与患者SYNTAX评分正相关(r=0.562,P=0.000)。lnc-Ang362高表达的冠心病患者具有较高的主要心脏不良事件总体发生率,lnc-Ang362高表达的急性冠状动脉综合征患者血管重建发生率亦较高(P<0.05)。lnc-Ang362表达与入组的冠心病患者主要心脏不良事件总体发生率正相关(r=0.602,P=0.000)。结论:血浆lncRNA-Ang362可作为冠心病患者严重程度评价的分子标志物,并协助评估患者预后。
        Objective: To investigate the expression of lncRNA-Ang362 in patients with coronary heart disease and its correlation with prognosis. Methods: 120 patients who underwent coronary angiography Heart Center, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2015 to June 2016 were randomly selected, including 20 patients in the control group and 100 patients in the coronary heart disease group. The coronary heart disease group included 60 patients in the stable coronary heart disease group and 40 patients in the coronary syndrome group. The basic clinical characteristics such as age and gender were collected. The expression of lnc-Ang362 in patients was detected by real-time quantitative PCR. The severity of coronary heart disease was evaluated by SYNTAX scoring system. The patients with coronary heart disease were followed up for an average of 26.9 months. The incidence of major cardiac adverse events such as myocardial infarction and revascularization was recorded. Results: The BMI, smoking history, hypertension and dyslipidemia of patients with CAD were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The expression of lnc-Ang362 in plasma of patients with coronary heart disease was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The plasma lnc-Ang362 level was positively correlated with the patient′s SYNTAX score(r=0.562, P=0.000). Patients with high expression of lnc-Ang362 had higher incidence of major cardiac adverse events, and the incidence of vascular remodeling in patients with acute coronary syndrome with high expression of lnc-Ang 362 was also higher(P<0.05). The expression of lnc-Ang362 was positively correlated with the overall incidence of major cardiac adverse events in patients with coronary heart disease(r=0.602, P=0.000). Conclusions: Plasma lncRNA-Ang 362 can be used as a molecular marker for the severity assessment of patients with coronary heart disease and to help assess the prognosis of patients.
