成纤维细胞在心肌梗死后炎症和修复中的作用

摘要
成纤维细胞由间充质细胞分化而来,广泛分布于各器官结缔组织中。在器官细胞坏死和组织损伤时,损伤区域释放多种细胞因子促进成纤维细胞活化,参与器官炎症和修复过程。心肌梗死发生时,广泛坏死的心肌细胞激活相关信号通路诱发炎性反应并促进成纤维细胞的活化、迁移和分化。成纤维细胞的激活除了可以修复梗死区域维持心脏功能外,又可能造成室壁硬化、功能失常乃至心力衰竭。成纤维细胞的炎症和修复机制在心肌梗死后的治疗和心肌梗死引起的心肌重构中有重要作用。本文就成纤维细胞在心肌梗死后炎症和修复中的作用展开论述。
