摘要
总结了激光表面织构化技术的特点,并介绍了其在摩擦学中应用的现状,分别讨论了激光表面织构的不同几何形状、尺寸和织构密度等因素,以及织构引起的金属材料表面硬度的升高对摩擦学性能的影响,展望了激光表面织构化技术未来的研究和发展方向及应用领域,指出应加强理论模拟和计算研究,以期与实验研究相辅相成;实验研究应注重规律的摸索和总结;机理方面应深入研究织构引起的组织和力学性能变化的规律,及其对材料摩擦学性能、力学性能和化学性能的影响。
        The characteristics of laser surface texturing(LST)technique are summarized,and LST technique application in tribology is introduced.The effect of parameters about the geometrical shape,size,texture density of laser surface texture,and the hardness increase of metal material surface caused by LST on friction performance are discussed respectively.The future research,development and application field of LST technique are pointed out.The theoretical simulation and calculation to complement the experimental study should be enhanced.Experimental study should focus on exploration and summary of laws,while mechanism study should further investigate the changes of microstructure and mechanical properties caused by texture,and the effects on tribological properties,mechanical properties and chemical properties of the materials caused by texture.
