膀胱异位嗜铬细胞瘤的MR分析及临床意义

摘要
目的:探讨膀胱异位嗜铬细胞瘤的MR表现。方法:回顾性分析7例经手术病理证实为膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤的临床资料、病理及MRI资料。结果:7例均为单发病灶,3例位于膀胱三角区,2例位于顶壁,1例位于右侧壁,1例位于左侧壁;7例T1WI均呈等信号为主,T2WI以高信号为主,内见点状、条状低信号影,压脂呈高信号,增强明显不均匀强化,邻近膀胱壁及周围组织结构均无受侵。结论:膀胱异位嗜铬细胞瘤的MR表现有一定的特征性,充分认识其表现能提高其术前诊断率。
Objective:To explore the MRI features of ectopic pheochromocytoma of bladde and to improve its understanding.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed MR imaging findings, clinical data and pathological diagnosis of 7 cases of ectopic pheochromocytoma of bladde confirmed by surgery and pathology.Results:7 cases were single lesions, 3 cases were located in the triangle area of bladder, 2 cases were located in the parietal wall, 1 case was located in the right wall, 1 case was located in the left wall of the wall. 7 cases showed hypointensity on T1 WI and hyperintensity on T2 WI, and internal punctual,stripe hypointensity, fat compression sequence with high signal intensity. The enhancement was obviously uneven, and there was no invasion of adjacent bladder wall and surrounding tissue structure.Conclusion:The manifestations of ectopic pheochromocytoma of bladde have certain characteristics. At the same time, MRI can reflect the pathological changes to a certain extent, which can provide more diagnostic information and improve the preoperative diagnosis rate.
