Global Governance Dilemma and Global Governance System Reform

摘要
The dilemma of current global governance mainly results from the following situations:Some countries,especially the great powers,still adhere to the traditional concept of supremacy of national interests,resulting in the deficiency of their willingness and responsibility for global governance; The insufficient supply of public goods reduces the actual effects of global governance; the legitimacy of global governance mechanisms is being challenged.Therefore,urgent reforms should be made to improve current global governance system,including: A clear concept of international leadership must be developed,and the interests of all participants must be well balanced; The material,institutional and operational capabilities of global governance must be strengthened to balance the responsibilities of all participants; The overall representativeness of developing countries must be improved by increasing their voting and decision-making powers within global governance system so as to better balance global governance structure.
