外敷肩舒散配合手法治疗肩周炎的临床研究观察

摘要
目的:对何氏肩舒散与手法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效进行研究探讨。方法:选取2015～2017年本院诊治肩周炎患者120例,随机分成治疗组、对照组各60例。治疗组采用手法治疗后外敷何氏肩舒散,对照组采用手法治疗后进行中频治疗,比较两组症状体征评分及疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者的疼痛、功能活动、生活能力评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的疼痛、功能活动、生活能力评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:何氏肩舒散外敷配合肩关节手法治疗肩周炎,临床疗效显著,患者痛苦少,治疗时间短,其方法值得临床上治疗肩周炎推广应用。
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of He's Jianshu Powder and Manipulation in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. MMeetthh-ods: From 2015 to 2017,120 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 60) and control group(n = 60).The treatment group was treated with manipulation and then applied with He's Jianshu Powder, while the control group was treated with intermediate frequency, and then the symptom and sign score and curative effects were compared. Results: After treatment, the scores of pain, functional activity and life ability in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the scores of pain, functional activity and life ability in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: He shoulder relieve himself external application combined with shoulder joint manipulation to treat periarthritis of shoulder, the clinical curative effect is remarkable, the patient is less painful, the treatment time is short, and its method deserves clinical treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.
