坤泰胶囊对卵巢去势更年期模型大鼠血清SOD、GSH-PX及MDA的影响

摘要
目的:研究坤泰胶囊对卵巢去势更年期模型大鼠血清SOD、GSH-PX及MDA的影响,探讨其治疗更年期综合征作用机制。方法:以雌性去势大鼠为更年期动物模型,分为空白对照组,假手术组,模型组,补佳乐组,莉芙敏组,坤泰胶囊组。给药8周后,检测各组血清SOD、GSH-PX活性及MDA水平。结果:坤泰胶囊可显著提高去势大鼠SOD、GSH-PX活性(P<0.05);能显著降低去势大鼠MDA水平(P<0.05)。结论:坤泰胶囊可通过调节血清中SOD、GSH-PX活性及MDA水平,增加去势大鼠抗氧化能力从而改善更年期症状。
Objective: To study the effect of Kuntai Capsule on the serum SOD,GSH-PX and MDA in ovariectomized menopausal model rats,and to explore its treating mechanism on climacteric syndrome. Methods: Female ovariectomized rats were used as animal models for menopause and were divided into blank control group,sham operation group,model group,Estradiol Valerate Tablets group,Remifemin Tablets group and Kun Tai capsule group. Eight weeks after administration,serum SOD,GSH-PX activity and MDA levels were measured in each group. Results: Kuntai capsule can significantly increase the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in ovariectomized rats(P<0.05). and can significantly reduce the ovariectomized rat MDA levels(P<0.05). Conclusion: Kuntai capsule can improve the menopausal symptoms by regulating the serum SOD,GSH-PX activity and MDA levels,increasing the antioxidant capacity of ovariectomized rats.
