摘要
目的通过体外实验研究预备到三种不同锥度时GuttaFlow2充填根尖封闭性的影响。方法选择离体单根下前磨牙且圆直根管36颗,随机分为02、04、06锥度3组,统一使用NIC superfile机用镍钛器械预备至30#,实验组用GuttaFlow2充填,对照组用AHplus充填。结合亚甲蓝染色法和透明牙法,通过体视显微镜观察微渗漏距离,比较三种锥度根管预备对采用GuttaFlow2充填根尖封闭性的影响。结果实验组中02、04、06锥度组微渗漏平均值有下降趋势,其中04和06锥度组;02和06锥度组有统计学差异;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组中02、04、06锥度组微渗漏平均值均无统计学差异;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
        Objective To investigate the effects of GuttaFlow2 filled sealing on three different tapers in vitro.Methods 36 individuals with a single premature molar and a straight root canal were randomly divided into 02, 04 and 06 tapers. The NIC superfile machine was used to prepare 30#. The experimental group was filled with GuttaFlow2. Another group was filled with AHplus. The microleakage distance was observed by stereomicroscope combined with methylene blue staining and transparent tooth method.Results In the experimental group, the microleakage of the 02, 04,and 06 taper groups showed a downward trend, including the 04 and 06 taper groups;the 02 and 06 taper groups were statistically different(P<0.05).The 02, 04,and 06 tapers in the control group. There was no significant difference(P>0.05).
