摘要
采用DIL805L淬火相变膨胀仪研究了一种Cr-Mo系合金结构钢在连续冷却过程中的相变规律,膨胀法与金相-硬度法结合,绘制出该钢的连续冷却转变曲线。结果表明:当冷速小于0.1℃/s时,主要发生铁素体/珠光体转变;冷速增大,贝氏体和马氏体相继出现,当冷速在0.5~1.5℃/s时,发生铁素体/珠光体和贝氏体转变;冷速大于3℃/s时,马氏体开始出现,硬度值随着冷速的升高不断增大,合金元素Cr、Mo的加入大大提高了试验钢的淬透性。
        The phase transformation law of a Cr-Mo alloy structural steel during continuous cooling was studied by using a DIL805L dilatometer.The continuous cooling transformation(CCT) curves was drawn by combining with thermal dilatometric analysis,microstructure observation and hardness measurement.The results show that ferrite and pearlite are resulted when the cooling rate of supercooled austenite is less than 0.1 ℃/s.As the cooling rate increases,bainite and martensite are resulted successively.When the cooling rate is between 0.5-1.5 ℃/s,ferrite/pearlite and bainite transformation are resulted.Martensite appears when the cooling rate is greater than 3 ℃/s,and with the cooling rate increases,the hardness value increases,Cr and Mo additions greatly improve the hardenability of the tested steel.
