摘要
对12Cr13不锈钢进行热处理试验,观察了试样的金相组织、碳化物形貌特征,测试了耐中性盐雾腐蚀性能及点蚀电位。结果表明:12Cr13正火及正火+350℃回火的耐盐雾腐蚀性能最佳,正火+750℃回火的耐盐雾腐蚀性能良好,正火+550℃回火的耐蚀性能显著恶化,对加工零件的最终热处理工艺应避开中温回火以保证其耐腐蚀性能。
        The heat treatment test had been conducted on 12 Cr13 stainless steel,and the metallographic structure and carbide morphology of the resulted samples were observed,and the corrosion resistance and pitting potential of the samples were tested.The results show that the salt spray corrosion resistance of both normalized and normalized +350 ℃ tempered 12 Cr13 steel are the best,the salt spray corrosion resistance of normalized +750 ℃ tempered is good,butthe corrosion resistance of normalized +550 ℃ tempered is significantly deteriorated.The final heat treatment process of processed parts should avoid medium temperature tempering to ensure its corrosion resistance.
