摘要
目的摸清近年来辽宁省规模猪场猪流感流行状况。方法本研究于2012年10月至2017年3月从辽宁省规模化猪场中采集猪血清样品共计2 161份,采用血凝抑制试验(HI)进行了欧亚类禽型H1N1(EA H1N1)、2009甲型H1N1(pdm/09H1N1)、H3N2SIV和H7N9亚型流感病毒抗体检测。结果 2012-2017年期间,EA H1N1年平均抗体阳性率分别为29.00%、49.62%、42.50%、3.64%、1.46%、13.89%;pdm/09H1N1年平均抗体阳性率分别为6.49%、12.69%、18.00%、64.24%、39.79%、35.56%;H3N2年平均抗体阳性率分别为0.87%、1.54%、0、0、0、0;H7N9亚型抗体未检测到;2012-2014年期间辽宁省猪群中EA H1N1SIV为优势亚型,2015-2016年期间EA H1N1SIV抗体阳性率明显下降,最低至1.46%,2017年EA H1N1SIV抗体阳性率又显著上升至13.89%;而2012-2015年期间辽宁省猪群中pdm/09H1N1SIV抗体阳性率逐年升高,2015年达到最高值至64.55%,2015-2017年期间辽宁省猪群中SIV pdm/09H1N1为优势亚型;SIV感染表现出一定的区域性分布特征,辽东、辽南和辽北地区阳性率较辽西和辽中地区高。结论检测结果表明,2012-2017年间辽宁省猪群中EA H1N1和pdm/09H1N1亚型SIV感染较为普遍,H3N2亚型流感抗体阳性率较低,未检测到H7N9流感病毒抗体。
        In order to investigate the epidemic situation of swine influenza virus(SIV)in large-scale pig farms in Liaoning region,a total of 2 161 swine serum samples were collected from different large-scale pig farms in Liaoning during October2012 and March 2017,and the antibody titers were detected using the hemagglutination inhibition(HI)tests against the Eurasian avian-like H1N1(EA H1N1),2009 H1N1pandemic(pdm/09 H1N1),H3N2 and H7N9SIV.The HI tests results showed that the annual positive rates were 29.00%,49.62%,42.50%,3.64%,1.46%,13.89%for EA H1N1,and 6.49%,12.69%,18.00%,64.24%,39.79%,35.56%for pdm/09H1N1,and 0.87%,1.54%,0,0,0,0for H3N2 SIV,during 2012 to 2017,respectively,while no H7N9 influenza virus antibody was detected.These results indicated that the infection with EA H1N1 and pdm/09H1N1 subtypes of SIV were very common in Liaoning Province,and the EA H1N1 virus was the predominant subtype in large-scale pig farms during 2012 to 2014,while its positive rates significantly decreased to 1.46%in 2015to2016,with an increase to 13.89%in 2017.For the pdm/09H1N1 virus,its positive rates has increased year by year from 2012 to 2015,and turned to be the predominant subtype in 2015 till 2017.In addition,there were certain geographical distribution difference in SIV prevalence situation between the five regions of Liaoning Province;the positive rates of SIV antibodies in eastern,southern and northern regions were higher than that in the western and central regions.In conclusion,EA H1N1 and pdm/09H1N1 SIVs were widely prevalent in pig farms in Liaoning region,and H3N2 SIV were happened in pig farms in Liaoning western region,but its infection rate was very low with no detection since 2014.
