摘要
采用高温固相法合成了Eu~(3+)掺杂钛酸钙系列红色荧光粉(Ca_(0.95)TiO_3:0.05Eu~(3+),CTE),研究了助熔剂(硼酸)用量(0%、5%、10%、15%)对其晶体结构与光学性能的影响。XRD和SEM表明,硼酸用量对主晶相晶体结构影响较小,当硼酸用量为5%时,晶体结晶性能最佳;光学性质研究表明,合成的CTE荧光粉可被397nm的紫外光有效激发,辐射出位于594 nm和615 nm的红色光波;当硼酸用量为5%时,辐射光波的强度达到最大值,表明合适的硼酸用量有助于提高CTE荧光粉的发光性能。
A series of Ca_(0.95)TiO_3:0.05 Eu~(3+)(CTE)phosphor were synthesized by solid state method.The influence of flux(H_3BO_3)-amount on crystal structure and luminescence properties of CTE phosphor was investigated.XRD results show that the crystallization of papered CTE phosphors is litter influenced by the flux(H_3BO_3)-amount.The as-prepared phosphors can be effectively excited by the near UV light(397 nm).There are two main emission peaks located at 594 nm and 616 nm red light.The highest emission intensity of CTE phosphor is obtained when flux(H_3BO_3)-amount is about 5%,which suggests the suitable flux(H_3BO_3)–amount will beneficial for the luminescence properties of CTE phosphor.It will further improve the luminescent intensity to promote the wide application of WLEDs.
